Lifey Age Facts (“we”, “the app”) is an offline-first mobile application that helps you create age cards, compare ages, manage countdowns, and export optional love-story videos. This policy explains what information is processed, where it stays, and what third parties may receive when you use the app.

Summary

• No account or cloud backend operated by us.
• Birth dates, names, photos, and saved cards are stored only on your device.
• Data leaves your phone only when you share or save to the system gallery.
• The free version shows ads via Google AdMob, which may collect data under Google’s policies.

Information stored on your device

Depending on how you use Lifey Age Facts, the app may store locally:

• Birth dates and optional profile details (name, gender)
• Profile photos you choose from camera or gallery
• Generated and saved card images
• Countdown events and optional cover images
• Theme, language, and reminder preferences
• Exported love-story videos in a temporary cache folder during export

We do not operate servers that collect this content. Uninstalling the app or clearing its data removes local storage (subject to your OS behavior).

Permissions

• Camera / Photo library — optional profile or countdown images.
• Notifications — optional local birthday reminders scheduled on your device.
• Internet — required for advertisements and ad-related network requests.
• Photo library (write) — when you save cards or videos to your gallery.

Advertising (Google AdMob)

Lifey Age Facts is free and may display banner and interstitial ads served by Google AdMob using non-personalized ads. Google may collect limited device and interaction data according to Google’s Privacy Policy. We do not use App Tracking Transparency or cross-app tracking on iOS.

Video export (FFmpeg)

Love Story export uses FFmpeg libraries (including GPL-licensed components) on-device to build MP4 files. Processing happens locally; exported files are saved or shared only at your direction.

Children

Lifey Age Facts is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information through our own servers (we operate none). Parents should supervise use of sharing and ads.

Your choices

• Delete profiles, cards, or countdowns inside the app.
• Disable notifications in app settings or system settings.
• Revoke camera/photos permission in system settings.

Data retention

Local data remains until you delete it or remove the app. Ad partners may retain data per their policies.

International users

The app is designed to work offline on your device. Ad requests may be processed by Google globally.

Changes

We may update this policy. The “Last updated” date will change. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised policy.
